Is it good to have a PJ day

Believe or not the other day when my husband was getting petrol there was a woman in her PJs and dressing gown on and I had mix emotions about it but seen mums in the holidays in PJs going to the cinema.

I used to love having day in my PJ's, but now I do like my mornings out. I like the crispiness and being wrapped up with a coffee and want to still do my morning walks still and chill for the rest of the day if not cleaning or working on my laptop.

It is good to not have to be anywhere, but I find I need the outdoors more now and if you want a PJ day have one. Make it a date and a family thing. Christmas day is a chilled time and just blend through the day and I love my afternoons at the weekend working on my books and blogs and having a free week to watch some TV and walk on the treadmill if not outdoors. I have walked on the treadmill in PJ's, so who am I to judge?

I love that in Epsom we have a lot of woodland and nature around us. I love that we see trains, buses and near ponds even though one of the ponds have dried up due to the very hot weather we had this summer and such a shame but still love my walks, I like to then get back and put my PJs back on once my husband is home from work and my sons come back from school.

In the Autumn and Winter I enjoy the cosiness. The festive coffees and meals. I love the Autumn and winter movies such as You've Got Mail, The Grinch, Polar Express and going out for meals. We ate out whilst in Scotland as a birthday gift for my son and we have a birthday meal planned and my brother is 50 years so may go out for that if I can arrange it and looking forward of visiting a Christmas market so not really got plans for a PJs day but it is good once in a while for me now, with a nice cup of Earl Grey tea and a roast.

It is a good time to have a clear out. I bought a new Duvet from B&M as the one I had wasn't think it it was so nice and toasty and what you need for this time of year.

So have time in your PJ's and never feel ashamed as it is good to properly wind down.

Many thanks for reading,
